It's free to list products. We take a 15% commission only when you make a sale. No hidden fees or monthly subscription costs.

Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal or bank transfer. The minimum payout amount is RM 50. You can track your earnings in your dashboard.

Browse products, click "Buy Now" on any product page, and complete the checkout process. You'll get instant access to download your purchase.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and FPX for Malaysian users. All payments are processed securely.

Refunds are handled case-by-case. If you have technical issues with a purchase, contact support within 7 days. Digital products are generally non-refundable unless defective.

Go to your dashboard → Purchases, and click the download button next to each item. You can download each purchase up to 5 times.

Visit the verification page and apply after meeting the requirements: complete your profile, have at least 3 products listed, and maintain positive reviews.

Go to your dashboard → Settings, where you can update your profile information, avatar, bio, and payment details.

Payouts are processed monthly, usually within the first week of each month for the previous month's earnings.

No, buyers pay only the product price. No additional fees or hidden charges.

We support ZIP, RAR, PDF, MP4, MP3, LUT, XMP, CUBE, and many more. Maximum file size is 2GB per upload.

You can message sellers through the product page or contact form. Sellers typically respond within 24-48 hours.

Yes, we use SSL encryption for all transactions. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
